This textile buyer owns a clothes factory and has very high requirements for polyester fabric quality, so this buyer only tended to look for clothes manufacturers. 2. product & Order process
This is fresh OEM customized order and this polyester fabric is widely used to make T-shirts for pets and humans. Since fabric order from clothes factory needs to make sure lots of details including composition, weight, width, density and color, so buyer follows our order process and send physical samples for professional analysis.
This container takes 15 days to finish production and inspection, which is quite fast. Plain dyed fabric production process is grey fabric–dyeing–packing, but for this container, there are some printed fabric polyeter, the process is grey fabric–printing–packing.

We load a 40HQ container (FCL) for this customer, as the total cargo volume is around 68CBM. As a professional exporter, we always calculate CBM before sourcing/producing. 4. Shipping method & shipping time

3. Factory Production

4. QC and Warehousing

6. Customs Declaration
As a professional polyester fabric and pet supplies exporter in China, after we complete the container loading, the next process is to do China Customs Declaration. We will have to submit needed documents to China Customs including ED(Export Declaration), CI(Commercial Invoice), PL(Packing List), DPL(Detailed Packing List) etc.
The China customs department will check and verify the documents to ensure that all details are the same as the actual cargo details in the container. The goods will be released only after approval by China customs.
