Cutting Material

There are two ways to cut fabric material.

Cutting machine: It can cut more precisely, count by unit CM, and perfect set shape.

Cutting table: It can cut most of the common shapes on the fabric material, but compared to the cutting machine, it’s not that precise and high depending on the workers’ skills. But it can still cut most of the common shapes that pet blankets need.

Sewing

This is where most of the magic happens. Sewing pet blankets can be quite easy, cause it requires fewer steps to finish. However, pet clothes would be one of the most difficult textile pet supplies to process. Nowadays, it’s harder and harder to hire skilled employees, cause experienced workers are getting old, but young workers don’t really wanna work in factories.

Before packing

Get rid of fur: Pet blankets are mostly made of fleece. In order to get rid of extra fur on the surface, we use a fur-sucking machine.

Needle inspection: During the pet blankets sewing process, the broken needle might accidentally hide in the pet blankets. But normally workers will directly find out and re-check the last finished piece of the item. For better quality control, here’s a specific metal inspection machine to find out potential needles.

Packing

With hangers//carboard: To fix the shape and pack it up in a thin plastic bag.

With air-compressor: Especially for Amazon sellers, in order to have nicer packing, we will use the machine to roll it up and compress, which can save more space and cost on the shipment too.

3. FACTORY PRODUCTION

4. QC AND WAREHOUSING

While producing, we will do a 3-stage inspection including Pre-production, Mid-production sample check, and Final-check before loading.

We will collect all of your required products from our warehouse, and do a responsible final inspection before loading to make sure quality. In the meantime, we will send all products and inspection pictures and videos on WhatsApp Business for your approval.

If there are any faulty products, we will directly send them back to factories and redo them until they are all met the quality requirements.

5. LOADING AND SHIPPING

Before loading, we will check the product list again to make sure all products are right and waiting in the warehouse.

During loading, we distribute the cargo evenly in the container, basically simple rule is to put heavier fabric rolls or carton boxes on the bottom and set lighter ones on the top.

After loading, we double confirm the loaded products info and send all pics of Empty Container, Half Container, Full Container, Container Door Locking and Sealing Key for customers to keep updated.

6. CUSTOMS DECLARATION

As a professional custom dog pillow exporter in China, after we complete the container loading, the next process is to do China Customs Declaration. We will have to submit the needed documents to China Customs including ED(Export Declaration), CI(Commercial Invoice), PL(Packing List), DPL(Detailed Packing List), etc.

The China customs department will check and verify the documents to ensure that all details are the same as the actual cargo details in the container. The goods will be released only after approval by China customs.
