Order ready goods for quick shipment:
1-1-1: Send 1688/Amazon product links for us to look for the same or similar products
1-1-2: Choose from products catalog on our web and send inquiry
Do OEM orders for customization:
1-1-3: Send 1688/Amazon product links and your own private customized information sheet(download template)
1-1-4: Send physical samples for analysis
1-2:
You need to confirm LCL within 10 days, 20GP within 20 days, 40HQ within 30 days.
1-3:
You need to prepay all costs before shipping by TT (Telegraph Transfer) to our company dollar account(NO LC/NO DP/NO DA/NO PAYPAL/NO ALIPAY/NO CREDIT).

You need to clear customs after goods arrive at POD(Port of Discharge) in your country. —FOB/CIF(Licensed Buyers)
You need to find your own broker or work with our freight forwarder team to clear customs. —DDP/FBA(Non-licensed Buyers)
Or go with our Pro Plan and Basic Plan, and we will take care of everything from China port to your port/door.

2-1:Customers

2-2. Inquiry
You need to follow Requirement 1-1 above
2-3. Quotation
We will start quoting for your products.
2-4. Invoice
We will issue PI(Performa Invoice) for you to make payment for the products(not for shipping charge).
2-5. Payment
We support 30% deposit to start sourcing and producing, and 70% balance before loading against all vessel booking info.
You need to follow Requirement 1-3 above
2-6. Order
Order will be started right after we receive 1st payment.
2-7. Collect
We collect all your goods to our warehouse.
2-8. Warehouse
We offer warehousing service for your goods before shipping.
2-9. Q&C
We inspect the goods to make sure quality and quantity. Inspection result will be sent by videos/pictures for approval.
2-10. Loading
After you accept the Q&C results and approve the shipping charges, we will issue final CI (Commercial Invoice) for you to transfer balance, shipping cost (&customs clearance fee&your country inland charge) to us.
Next, we will arrange to load&ship.
2-11. Customs
We will finish China customs declaration for your goods after we receive 2nd payment. So that your container can go out of China customs successfully.
2-12. Shipping
3. after-sales service
If you receive unqualified products, don’t worry:
3-1: Send us both photos and videos of unqualified products as proof.
3-2: We will verify with suppliers, warehouse, and shipping forwarders.
3-3: We will either refund the payment of unqualified products or replace them with new qualified products for your next shipment.
